Mildly this set of names has touched upon the scientific realm of polarity and dual nature of matter. The name sahishņuh translates as The One of Dual nature. Dan Brown in his Lost Symbol had written something about Heisenberg or Pauli crediting Lord Kŗshņa for preaching the Great Bhagavad Gītā. Let’s read what Bhīshma has to say about Our Dear Lord in these नामस

भगवान भगाहानंदी  वनमाली हलायुधः |
आदित्यो ज्योतिरादित्यः सहिष्नुर्गतिसत्तमः ||

bhagavān bhagahānandi vanamāli halāyudhah
ādityo jyotirādityah sahishņurgatisattamah

bhagavān
The One Who is containing all the six qualities- aiśwarya (riches), dharma (righteousness), yaśas (glory/fame), śri (wealth, remember that Goddess Lakshmi or śri in His heart. Lakshmi is the goddess of wealth), vairāgya (dispassion) and mokśa (salvation). Since He knows all of these, He is bhagavān

Bhagahā
The One Who destroys all riches and glory at the time of destruction

ānandi
The One Who is the of the nature of eternal bliss (ānanda)

vanamāli
The One Who adorns the vaijayanti mālā (garland of flowers)

halāyudhah
The One Who is Himself Balarāma and uses the plough (hala) as His weapon in war (yudha)

ādityah
The One Who is Himself Vāmana (fifth avatāra of Lord Vishnu) Who is the Son of Aditi and Kaśyapa muni

jyotirādityah
The One Who Has the glorious effulgence of the Sun

sahishņuh
The One Who is of dual nature (can that explain bipolar nature of most of the substances and energies in the universe? I remember reading somewhere about some of the Western Scientists crediting Lord Kŗshņa in the path breaking Science papers, one of them was Heisenberg)

gatisattamah
The One Who has the greatest speed (gatih)
